Set Your Lifts (1RM & TM Calculation)

Optionally, set your 1 Rep Maxes to determine Training Maxes. If set, generated plans will show specific weights; otherwise, percentages of TM will be shown.

Set Your Lifts

Enter your 1 Rep Max (1RM) for each lift and your desired Training Max (TM) percentage. Lifts with 0kg will not have TMs calculated.

Tip: Calculate Training Maxes above to see specific weights in your plan. Otherwise, percentages of TM will be shown for Max Strength days.
